Connecting Clarify and Zapier
There are two ways to establish a connection between Clarify and Zapier:
- From Clarify: Navigate to your Integrations page within Clarify and select the Zapier option.
- From Zapier: Start building a Zap in Zapier, select Clarify as your app, and follow the prompts to set up the connection.
Both methods will achieve the same result, allowing you to automate workflows between Clarify and your other applications.

Intro to the Zapier App
You can do a lot with Clarify in Zapier. We’ll break down the different trigger options and step options you have. First, let’s start with the basics: triggers and actions. These are the two primary ways you can run a Zapier automation.
A trigger is the starting point of any Zapier workflow. At Clarify, we support a variety of triggers and are constantly adding more as our product expands.
An action is a step that occurs after the trigger in any Zapier workflow. You can daisy chain multiple triggers together, and mix both Clarify and non-Clarify steps. This is what makes Zapier so powerful.
Clarify triggers
Today we have a variety of triggers. More are being added as our product expands, so make sure to check out the trigger in Zapier to get the latest version, which may be improved over the screen shot provided.
Primarily, triggers launch when certain things happen inside Clarify, like when an object is created or added to a list. In the future we will also support more complex triggers, like when meetings are created or end, when deals are updated, when fields change, when workflows run, and when AI actions occur.
